Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached and all original designer packaging, dust bags and authenticity cards included.
Final sale and outlet items are not eligible for return. Everything else is welcome back.
A flat $50 return shipping fee applies and is deducted from your refund — there is nothing to arrange or pay upfront. If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we cover the return in full and there is no fee.
Once your parcel reaches us it is inspected within a few business days, after which your refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear. Please note that original shipping charges and any duties paid to customs are not refundable.
The surest way to exchange is to return your piece and place a new order so you don’t miss your size. Your personal shopper can also hold the replacement for you while your return is on its way — just ask.
